UKP30,555 pa (pro-rata)
Founded in 2004, The British Postal Museum and Archive (BPMA) cares
for the archive and museum collections of Royal Mail. Our Designated
Public Record Archive and Museum Collections range from sheets of
Penny Blacks, posters and 1930s films, to mobile post offices,
pillar boxes and telegrams from the Titanic. The BPMA is looking
towards moving to a new centre in Central London. This is an
exciting time to join a quickly changing and growing organisation.
The BPMA is now looking for a P/T Assistant Paper Conservator. The
successful candidate will work two days per week to undertake paper
conservation work on archive and various artwork material and paper
ephemera from the Collections. They will be required to share the
work effectively with another P/T Paper Conservator.
